We use our Z-net framework to fully automatically configure the entire segmentation pipeline used in this submission. 
The final submission was generated by training an a 2D Z-Net.
In this testing, we used 2D resize in the preprocessing step.
We find the image preprocessing is really important, which will be expalined using paper in the future.   
The label connection was used finally to remove the small artifact.
